We all know that exercise is important for any weight loss programs. We need to exercise regularly to regulate the hormones, especially Leptin. Exercise will condition the fuel regulation systems in the body.

EXERCISE, INSULIN, AND LEPTIN

Exercise improves insulin resistance. When the body is working well, exercise significantly stimulates insulin to transport glucose into muscle for energy. As the muscles become depleted from fuel, there is a demand to replenish.

Chronic Cardio Study

This Research was published in the journal Progress in Cardiovascular Disease recently which concluded that the best fitness regimen is one that mimics the movements of our hunter-gatherer ancestors, which included short bursts of highintensity activities, but not long distance running.

There are many studies that show the damaging effects to the heart from participating in endurance and ultra endurance events. The ones I found most compelling were in California and Montreal (way to go Canada).

You will be tempted and you need to fight the temptation like never before. Having one piece of chocolate cake becomes 2 and 3 and 4 and before you know it, you are heavier, stressed and miserable. I see this all the time and we are the ones that need to take charge of our conscious mind. Because our subconscious mind will drag you down the same road you don't need to go back to.

Cinnamon

Low Carb Diets

I personally know that low carb eating (my body function best with low carb) brings the body to a point that forces it to use fat for the main source of energy. Our mayor says that he is gonna lose 50 lbs in 6 months. I didnʼt hear any mention on how he plan to keep it off, does he know how? He must know it has to be a lifestyle change???

Lets eat REAL FOOD. You should be shopping for every 3-4 days because that how long it takes for your real food to go bad.

The Quick Way to Lose Fat

  1. Stop looking at the magazines and wasting money on fat burning supplements etc.
  2. Give up alcohol (a glass of wine for healthy hearth is a scam)
  3. High intensity Cardio (donʼt waste time doing 1 hour cardio) eg. 1 min hard/1 min easy. 10X 3X/Week. You should not be able to talk by making a short sentence. mix it up by using different machines or different outdoor activities
  4. Make sure you are eating high quality protein and fats with little to no carbohydrates. Eat only when youʼre hungry.

For the past 2 years I have been looking for answers on why are we getting fatter and sicker as a society. People think eating animal fats are wrong. Eating fats and animal is what got us here. Sometimes we forget that.

Did nature put saturated fat in milk, yolk in eggs, and skin on chicken to kill us? The answer is in your taste buds. Health has nothing to do with how many pounds you can bench press or how you look in a bikini. Itʼs about being free from the signs and symptoms of diseases.
